    HR leader

    HR should be a simple thing: from business need to OD intervention, from OD intervention to tangible and sustainable results.

    HR is successful when the supported business is successful over the short and long term.

    Let’s face it, nothing is more important than people in our business!

    With the knowledge of the different working cultures and their needs and having led strategic people & organization projects in numerous established organizations I can have speeches in different countries on different topics (HR management, talent management, OD, change management, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, compensation)

    Often the outside in perspective can be beneficial because understanding how to recruit, grow and manage the right talent can dramatically affect your company's success.

    Social contributor

    I believe that Human Resources is one of the most important functions in business, poised to lead social business transformation and true, lasting and meaningful employee engagement initiatives.

    In a knowledge sharing and hyper connected economy, finding, engaging, and keeping talent is the only way companies can compete and win.

    Social media has forever changed the way we work. I also believe that social media has forever changed talent acquisition and traditional human resource processes.

    I think that, in the medium term, if an HR is not social he/she is becoming more irrelevant.

    With +5300 followers on linkedin and +2000 followers on twitter – and with frequent new brand contents – I am escaping from irrelevancy.

    IL FUTURO DEL LAVORO SPIEGATO A MIA FIGLIA

    Una bambina di dieci anni, la sua curiosità verso un mondo che vede lontano ma che, al tempo stesso, la attrae fortemente: il lavoro. Un mondo che spesso per i bambini e le bambine è sinonimo di gioco: si gioca a fare i dottori e le dottoresse, a fare gli scienziati e le scienziate, i poliziotti e le poliziotte, i cuochi e le cuoche. Un gioco che, in questo libro, evolve e lascia spazio a domande, conversazioni, dubbi, spiegazioni, commenti spesso divertenti, a volte sorprendenti. La blockchain diventa un Lego, così come la cartolibreria aperta di recente davanti scuola... diventa una start-up, o quasi.Questo è il proposito de Il futuro del lavoro spiegato a mia figlia: non tanto e non solo chiederci che mestiere faranno i nostri figli tra dieci anni ma anche e soprattutto cominciare a ragionare insieme a loro su un mondo del lavoro che, nel prossimo futuro, cambierà a un ritmo sempre più vorticoso.
